Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You may check out as a guest.
When will my order ship?
In-stock décor is processed in 2–5 business days and typically arrives 5–10 business days after shipment. Large furniture and specialty items require 10–15 business days for processing and 15–25 business days in transit.
How can I track my order?
We will email tracking information when your order ships. You may also visit Order Status or contact support@halehurst.com.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after processing begins or after an order has shipped.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days under the conditions in our Refund Policy. Contact us before sending any return.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email support@halehurst.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Will vintage objects show signs of age?
Vintage and hand-finished pieces may show natural variation or age-related character. Review every product description and image before purchase.
Are measurements shown in inches?
Yes. Product dimensions are listed in inches for our U.S. customers. Slight variation may occur.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are displayed securely at checkout. Charges are shown in U.S. dollars unless checkout states otherwise.
