Returns and Refunds
We want every Halehurst customer to purchase with confidence. Please review this policy before ordering.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Email support@halehurst.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without written authorization may be refused.
Return Eligibility
Eligible items must be unused, unaltered, free of stains, scratches, chips, cracks, water marks, or structural damage, and returned with all parts and accessories. Items must be securely repacked in their original carton, protective foam, inserts, or crate when supplied. Customers may open a package to inspect the item.
Custom-made, personalized, final-sale, used, altered, incomplete, or unauthorized returns are not eligible unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Inspect every order promptly, especially glass, ceramic, and other fragile décor. Report shipping damage, defects, missing parts, or an incorrect item within 72 hours of delivery. Include your order number, clear photographs of the item, outer packaging, inner protective materials, and shipping label. For a confirmed fulfillment or transit issue, Halehurst will cover the reasonable return cost and offer replacement parts, a replacement item, or a refund as appropriate. No restocking fee applies.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Returns for personal preference—including a change of mind, color or style preference, measurement error, or an item ordered by mistake—are accepted when eligible. The customer is responsible for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund, to cover inspection and repacking. Original outbound shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.
Return Process
- Email support@halehurst.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for written approval and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely using the original protective materials.
- Ship to the authorized return address and send us the tracking number.
The return destination depends on the product and fulfillment route. Do not send returns to our business office or U.S. warehouse without authorization. We may provide a prepaid label for a customer-responsible return and deduct the actual disclosed label cost from the final refund.
Cancellations
Orders canceled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund. Once an order has entered the shipping phase, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery. Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled after production begins unless defective or damaged.
Refused or Failed Delivery
An unapproved refusal is treated as a customer-responsible return. A 15% restocking fee and the carrier's actual return freight may be deducted. Costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, missed appointment, or customer-requested redelivery are the customer's responsibility. No arbitrary percentage is charged for carrier routing fees.
Refund Timing
We inspect approved returns within 3–5 business days after warehouse receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers typically require an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit. We will email you when the refund is issued.
