Halehurst provides clear processing and delivery estimates before purchase. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Timing begins after payment and order verification. Handcrafted, oversized, or special-preparation items may require additional time; if so, we will notify you by email before shipment.

Shipping Area and Cost

We currently provide free standard shipping to valid street addresses in the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, other U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. U.S. customers will not be asked to pay undisclosed import duties at delivery.

Tracking

A shipping confirmation with tracking information is emailed after dispatch. Carrier tracking may take up to 48 hours to activate.

Large or Fragile Deliveries

Large, heavy, or fragile items may ship by freight carrier and may require a delivery appointment. Unless a product page or checkout expressly states otherwise, delivery is to the front door or curbside and does not include room-of-choice placement, assembly, packaging removal, or installation.

Address Accuracy

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable contact information. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins. Actual redelivery, rerouting, storage, or return costs caused by an incorrect address, missed appointment, or customer-related delivery failure may be charged to the customer.

Delays and Maximum Delivery Commitment

Weather, carrier disruption, public holidays, and events outside reasonable control may cause delay. If a Home Décor or In-Stock order is not delivered within 20 business days after shipment, or a Large Furniture or Specialty order is not delivered within 40 business days after shipment, contact us. After carrier investigation confirms non-delivery, you may choose a priority replacement or a full refund.

Damage or Missing Items

Report damage, defects, missing parts, or an incorrect item within 72 hours of delivery at support@halehurst.com. Include the order number and photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will provide replacement parts, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Primary U.S. fulfillment warehouse: 11281 Citrus Ave, Fontana, CA 92337, United States. This is a logistics facility and is not a walk-in retail location or automatic return address. Obtain return authorization before sending any item.
