To qualify for a return, products must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and securely packed in their original packaging. Return authorization is required before sending any item back.
Customer-responsible returns, such as change of mind, color preference, or measurement errors, may be subject to return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
